All the Raw Material are Purchased from well-known vendors from all over India and abroad. The materials are inspected for their size, contents, properties, etc., and only if found accepted, will be entered in to the stores.
Materials are visually inspected for any damages or defects and then it is taken into Inward Laboratory for testing to check the size, contents, properties, etc.
During assembly, each components are checked again for dimensions and defects. The winding of the armatures are done with Semi-automatic winding machines having multi-pole winding capabilities.
The motors are checked twice for their individual performance with testing Equipments under standard conditions before final packing to ensure the best quality motors and negligible rejection ratio.
